Conditions:

Membership commences upon signing up to Quickpay (Or a prepaid membership is purchased). Membership means a continual payment/commitment taken monthly until a member provides one months notice of cancellation. Any remaining credit is available to use at non member rate, for a period of three months, after which time credit expires. Physio and Fitness reserves the rights to make changes to the memberships conditions with fair notice. Account balance is not redeemable as cash and is non refundable. All rolled over massages, not redeemed within a three month period expire.
