At Physio and Fitness, we offer small group pilates based exercise sessions.
These are run by our qualified and experienced Physiotherapist’s who will tailor each session to each individuals’ needs.
There are a maximum of 6 participants per class, so every client gets adequate supervision.
You must first complete an Initial Assessment to analyse how Physiolates can best assist you in achieving your physical and functional goals. A tailored 6 week program will then be created for you to progress through. Your Physio will modify your program as required over the course of the 6 weeks.
For the month of February we offer Initial assessments free of charge with Physiotherapist Bridie.
These classes are an excellent form of rehabilitation for any injury or condition.
In addition, if you are new to Pilates, they are a great way for you to learn the foundations of Pilates, boost your confidence and skills which will enable you to join other Pilates classes at our facility.
Your exercise program may consist of a variety of Pilates-informed exercises, and may include a range of equipment, such as the reformer, cadilac, bosu ball, free weights, therabands, theratubes, weighted balls and foam rollers.
These are active Physiotherapy sessions. During each session your specific goals and needs will be met and you get the benefit of an expert guiding you for every movement.
