Our intermediate class is a progression from our foundation classes. The Reformer is a key component of the Clinical Pilates system and consists of a series of springs, straps and pulleys on a frame with a gliding platform. All of which can be adjusted to suit any fitness level or injury. Reformer classes are designed to create muscle tone, develop strength, endurance, lean muscle and burn calories. Fitness reformer classes are enjoyable and offer endless variations so you will never get bored!
