Pilates Advanced
A progression from the intermediate class. This class assume prior knowledge and capability in the Pilates techniques. This class will challenge your flexibility, co-ordination, fluidity, endurance, precision and stamina.
Mainly floor work/mat work, but the instructor may incorporate Pilates equipment including the reformer, cadillac, chi ball, theraband and magic circle.
Pilates Advanced – Equipment Cardio/Power
Love your Pilates, but eager for some cardio. Challenge yourself to this higher intensity Pilates workout, which combines a variety of our Pilates equipment including; reformer, cadillac, bosu balls, therabands, magic circles, chi balls etc.
This class assume prior knowledge and capability in the Pilates techniques. This class will lift your heart rate, challenge your co-ordination, endurance, strength and stamina and leave you eager for more.
Wear your sneakers and bring your towel.
