Max graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2024 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. He has a strong interest in helping people improve their strength, function, and overall wellbeing through tailored exercise programs.
With a lifelong passion for health and fitness, Max has been an avid rugby player from a young age. This background sparked his desire to support others in achieving their health and fitness goals, regardless of age or ability.
Max works with a wide range of clients, including NDIS, DVA, WorkCover and private clients, and enjoys the variety this brings to his role. He has experience supporting people with diverse needs and conditions, including those with neurological conditions, and finds it rewarding to see the positive physical and mental benefits that regular exercise can provide.
Max values the supportive, client-focused environment at Physio and Fitness, where no two days are the same and every program is tailored to the individual.

“I am writing to you to commend you on your efforts, and in particular my physio Jasmine Todd. If it not for her advice and treatment I would not be standing here today. When I first came to Jasmine I was 3 months post-surgery and had only just started walking without crutches. I had reconstructive surgery on my shattered heel and her recovery plan helped me gain movement and build up strength. Jasmine had me doing hydrotherapy, gym programs, at home exercises, and it was a lot of hard work but worth it. Even after the first time she adjusted my foot everything felt 10 times better. Now I have orthotics from her and the confidence to be able to return to work. I can safely say that I would not have made the progress that I have without Jasmine’s care, and the support of the team at Gladstone Physio & Fitness. ”
