Tiffany holds a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science from Central Queensland University, Rockhampton. She is also accredited with Certificate III and IV through Fitness Australia.
With 9 years of clinical experience, Tiffany has worked as an exercise physiologist within multidisciplinary allied health teams. She has a strong background in return-to-work programs, having previously worked for an Occupational Rehabilitation Provider.
Tiffany specializes in women’s health, oncology exercise, as well as musculoskeletal and cardiovascular rehabilitation. Her ability to build strong connections and rapport with clients allows her to achieve exceptional health outcomes.
She is skilled at fostering collaborative relationships with insurance case managers and rehabilitation professionals to support clients’ recovery.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany enjoys camping and 4-wheel driving along the Central Queensland beaches with her husband and two young children.
